My Students
Spring is here and it's time for more fun activities in our classroom!
I have 24 amazingly bright, talented students who love to share their thoughts and ideas with all those around them.
They are in 2nd grade in a Title One School in New York. Due to budget cuts in the NYC Public School system, art supplies are very limited.
My Project
Having art supplies would help my students showcase their talents for all to see and appreciate. They would be able to create art that would enrich their learning and help them further understand lessons they have learned in class. Art is important in their lives and having these resources would give them the ability to share that with everyone.
"An artist cannot fail; it is a success to be one." Each child in this class has the ability to shine and share all their talents with everyone through artwork.
