This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our custodian staff is short this year, and my classroom does not get vacuumed or swept. I come in early to get the job done. I feel my students deserve to start the day with a clean classroom! My vacuum is from 1980 however, and is on it's last leg! I would love a new vacuum and some other supplies to help make my classroom a clean and beautiful place to walk into every morning! My students come from houses where neatness, and cleanliness isn't a priority. My students take a deep breath when they walk in, and smell the wonderful scents coming from my diffuser, and snuggle up on our carpet with a good book to read. They deserve to do these things each and every morning in a clean classroom!! Help me make this dream a reality!
