Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I work at a high school where the students feed in from Title I schools. This project is geared towards maintaining a clean classroom. I want to keep the germs and pollen to a minimum. Some supplies are provided by the school but it is not always readily available thus this project will help me lessen student's anxiety around contracting an illness and bacteria. It will also help me remind students to clean their devices and get crumbs, pollen, and other things from in it.

The body needs water to run efficiently.

The other portion of this project is providing my students with bottled water to keep them hydrated. As the weather gets warmer, students do not always remember to drink water as often as they should to maintain focus. I want to stave off any instances of dehydration by quickly providing what students need so that I can make sure they are achieving their best and they can focus on what is important.

I want to take worries off my students' plates and aid them in being successful.
