This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are fun, energetic and loving. They give hugs every chance they get and they enjoy being at school. Pre-K is the first step in their education journey and I am happy to be the first chapter in that adventure.

My Project

I am asking for snacks that students can take home for Spring Break. I work in a low income area and students receive free meals and snacks. I worry about them each year during intercessions and holiday breaks. I am requesting snacks that students like but if it was up to me, I would give them a whole farmers market of fruits and vegetables. Some of the snacks include goldfish, chips, nuts, popcorn and cereal bars. I will also make project for bubbles, coloring books, books, colors, puzzles, and small toys to help the time go by. It’s Winter Break right now and our school district is doing it for 3 weeks. I pray that they are all well. Thank you to Donors Choose for endless possibilities!
