This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are starting a spring girls flag football league.
We're very excited to be able to start offering football for our middle school aged students.
In the past, this was only available to high school students but we have worked with local youth organizations to create a league specific for female athletic participation.
We need jerseys for our group and a few basic supplies to get us off the ground and running. The girls are excited because they were able to design these jerseys themselves and the equipment bag will allow us to divide our equipment up amongst our 3 teams.
