Spreading Kindness

My Project

I work with a wonderful group of Multilingual Learners by collaborating with classroom teachers and supporting students in their classrooms. I also pull out small groups to teach specific listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

My students love coming to school.

They speak highly of our school community. As we discussed ways to show kindness to our school community, my students said they were excited to give to our school community. After more discussions, they came up with a Kindness Wagon. This Kindness Wagon (cart) will be set up so that our school community can choose a few snacks from the wagon.

Being an equity-focused school, it is not easy for my students to bring snacks to share with others. Your donation will help my students get snacks like chips, candy, cookies, and drinks for the Kindness Wagon to show our school community that they are appreciated. This will put a smile on everyone's face.
