Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our project, Spreading Kindness One Cupcake at a Time, aims to foster a culture of kindness among students while teaching them the value of giving back to their community.
By combining creative expression through personalized t-shirts with acts of kindness through the distribution of cupcakes, we will inspire students to make a positive impact.
This project engages students in two meaningful activities:
Cupcake Making and Giving: Students will bake and decorate cupcakes to distribute within the school or local community, spreading kindness in a tangible, sweet way.
Sublimation T-shirt Creation: Students will design and print kindness-themed t-shirts using sublimation techniques. These shirts will serve as both a creative outlet and a reminder to embody kindness in their daily interactions.
We will aim to:
Encourage a culture of kindness and empathy among students.
Foster teamwork, creativity, and a sense of responsibility.
Build confidence in students by empowering them to make a positive difference in their community.
Promote the value of giving, both through sharing cupcakes and the message on their custom-designed t-shirts.
