Good health habits also offer the benefits of increased energy; better focus; less stress; more resilience; less time lost at school due to colds, flu, infections and other illnesses; more restful sleep; and improved mental health.

There are several students in my class that are interested in soccer. I am asking for soccer equipment to put out during recess for them to work on their skills. Many of my students come from poverty situations, that often lack hygiene items at home or come to school hungry. By having supplies readily available for them, they can focus on the instruction.
