Sports Photography

Help me give my students a lens to successfully shoot sports photography on and off our campus.

My Project

Help me help my students capture the moments they will remember for a lifetime. Our school has a large number of students involved in sports and many of them are taking photography class with me. The interest in photographing sports has sky rocketed and I would love to offer a lens that will allow my students to successfully photograph each other sports in action. My students need to be able to capture the money shot in these sporting events and to do so they need adequate equipment.

We are currently using outdated and subpar lenses and these lenses do not allow for a wide enough aperture nor the focal length necessary to capture fast action photograph from the sidelines.

Our goal is to distribute photographs of their players to the coaches for PR and continued sponsorship opportunities. We would like to offer these images to parents and community as well.

My goal is to help my photography studnets succeed in what interests them.
