My Project

I am starting a new class at my high school that will help student athletes be the best version of themselves. They will get basic nutrition information and focus on what they need to eat to become the best athlete on and off the field. I I believe that students would benefit from the materials to really help them understand nutrition better. They will be able to see a realistic interpretation of what 5lbs of fat looks like compared to 5lbs of muscle. They will also be able to see how much sugar and salt are in the foods they eat so hopefully they will make better nutritional choices. They will also but taught the proper warm ups and recovery for their sport. I’m so excited to bring this to my school as a former Division 1 athlete. I think the kids will really benefit from this information and become the best athlete they can be.
