Sports for Social Emotional Well Being

Help me give my students time to unwind from a long day of learning. This sports equipment bundle will allow them to choose a physical activity to decompress from a long day.

My Project

My students come from a title one school in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Baltimore. I have a high Hispanic population that love to play soccer. This will give them the opportunity at recess to play and unwind from a long day. The jump ropes are great for ones who want to learn something new. Half of our students have never had a jump rope on their hand. A hot dog steamer will allow us to provide a snack. All these things are going to give my students something to do during down time both inside and out. They need some down time to unwind.
