Sports Escape

Help me give my students and team an opportunity to succeed out on the courts with sports equipment. Replacing old rims and getting new equipment is a priority for us.

My Project

I am a coach for a basketball team at a Title I school on the island of Oahu.

The students and team are constantly looking for ways to improve on the basketball court, however, finding equipment has been a challenge for us.

We know that this equipment will allow more students the opportunity to engage in practice and be more focused during game time. Sports has been an escape for my students, who tend to see it as an escape after a long, engaged school day. This equipment will be used on a daily basis to improve our students' athletic abilities and mental health. This equipment will lead to a more exciting experience for my team.
