My Project

I aim to provide my athletes with a more comprehensive training approach by utilizing training materials for volleyball, basketball, and track. When you live and work in a small rural district it is hard to find the fund to get additional training tools. For practices, stations are set up to facilitate effective workouts, ensuring that the techniques and skills being developed are advanced.

This highlights my need for additional training tools that can be applied across all three sports.

Coaching three sports annually significantly complicates my ability to afford the necessary training materials that would benefit all athletes in their preparation.
