My Project

Learning to swim is an essential life skill that everyone should possess. Swimming is not only a fun activity but it also provides important health benefits such as improving cardiovascular health, muscle strength, and flexibility. It is also an important safety skill that can save lives. Therefore, it is crucial for schools to provide opportunities for their students to learn how to swim. By incorporating swimming lessons into the school curriculum, students will have access to the necessary resources to learn the proper swimming techniques and safety skills.

Donating goggles, towels, and hair ties to schools that offer swimming lessons can significantly benefit students' success in learning how to swim.

Goggles help protect the eyes from chlorine and allow swimmers to see clearly underwater, which can improve their technique and confidence. Towels are important for drying off after swimming and keeping warm, especially in colder months. Hair ties help keep long hair out of the face, which can be distracting and dangerous while swimming. These small but essential items can make a big difference in students' comfort and safety while learning to swim, ultimately leading to a more successful and enjoyable experience.
