My Project

Our Backyard Games Unit teaches students the rules and skills needed to enjoy some of the common activities that take place at family BBQs and beach days.

Spikeball is a sport that has exploded in popularity within the last couple of years.

It is both physically demanding and socially engaging. Most importantly, the kids love it! I believe that Spikeball would be an excellent addition to this PE unit.

Our goals for this project are to promote active lifestyles, improve hand-eye coordination, and cultivate social skills through friendly competition. Our students, a diverse and energetic group, will benefit immensely from this initiative, as it caters to various skill levels and encourages collaboration, making physical education both enjoyable and educational.
