My Project

I teach students with Autism in Grades 2-5 in a self-contained classroom. Many of my students don't know how to access a desktop computer or the mouse. At home, they all have tablets or iPads. So when they are in school they don't have the ability to work on a school computer. Being able to give my students a tablet and headphones they can use during their school day would be a dream for my students. Many of my student's high motivator is a tablet. If I got a few tablets for my students, it would allow extra one on one time in the classroom. The tablets would have educational learning games and handwriting activities on them. We are in need of two touchscreen laptops with Windows 10 or higher on them. This will allow our students to access a learning program that collects data and is highly motivating for our students. The program has been purchased by our PTSO but need help with getting the laptops. Thank you for all your support and help!
