My Students

My third graders are a group of curious learners. They really enjoy projects that allow them to get their hands dirty. We are currently watching the life cycle of mealworms and I have never had a group of kids so excited about holding and taking care of worms!

My Project

I would like to use this gift card to purchase supplemental materials for use in social studies and SEL. The social studies materials we have now are very "well loved." My current classes' social emotional needs are different than the class I had last year so I would like to be able to add to my collection of lessons to keep things relevant to their needs.

Funding will help add some spice to the current curriculum.

New materials will have colorful and relevant pictures and text that students need to keep them engaged.
