This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I work in a dual immersion (Spanish/English) school. This means some students come in speaking English and some come in speaking Spanish. Instruction occurs in both languages so students graduate bilingual and bi-literate.My students are bilingual, which is amazing, but they are also kind, funny, and inquisitive.
I want to prepare my students for the jobs of the future.
Technology and coding are becoming more and more important.
This Sphero Indi robot can be coded based on the color cards the students use. These robots will help my students learn the basics of coding in a fun way.
