I teach fourth grade students in a traditional classroom. There are 25 learners in my class, and we work very hard every day to grow intellectually and as human beings.
My students are excited and motivated to learn!
They love it when I integrate technology and engaging activities into our daily learning. They love to code, and they are eager to have more opportunities to increase their knowledge of coding.
We are excited about this project, and we hope you will help us fund it!
A set of 12 Sphero SPRK+ educational robots would allow my students to work in pairs to code the robots for navigating through mazes, over ramps, and along paths to complete races. Students will use the included protractor to study degrees in a circle and maze tape to measure distances.
Learning disguised as fun will engage reluctant students and boost the knowledge retention of all learners!
I currently have six other robots of varying models that my students use as a reward for LiveSchool points. I look forward to having a class set that students can share and be able to use simultaneously for whole-group learning and exploration.
