This project is for items to set up a SOAR store within our classroom. Students will earn soar tickets in various amounts for doing their "job" in class. They will then use the strategies learned during our financial literacy unit to decide whether to spend or save their tickets.
These fun items for the SOAR STORE will make students to think before spending their points and encourage them to save for a larger item; these skills will transfer into real life!
Students love glow necklaces, fidgets, sport balls, coloring books and all the other items requested in this project. They will be motivated to earn the tickets in order to "purchase" these items.
