My Project
Agility helps the body to maintain proper alignment and posture during movement. Additionally, agility drills encourage our body to learn how to maintain correct body placement. With proper agility training, sensitive areas such as the lower back, shoulders, and ankles are protected while moving quickly.
Agility training improves flexibility, balance, and control.
With the agility hurdles and marking dot equipment, we will implement additional training practices to help our athletes maintain proper alignment and posture during movement. By teaching and practicing these agility drills with the hurdle equipment, we will encourage our athletes and their bodies to learn how to maintain correct body placement, reducing chances of injury, increasing speed and power, and ultimately giving the athletes a better training experience.
