This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a special education teacher serving students in PreK through 5th grades who are in the general education classrooms. Students come to my room for resource, social skills, or dyslexia services and I see some of them for inclusion in their general education classrooms.

We are in need of headphones with microphones.

Students receive accommodations to help them be successful. Some of the students need speech-to-text support to help them on assessments and classwork - allowing them to dictate their answers and learning instead of having to struggle with spelling and writing. Can you help my students be more successful by helping us get these headphones?
