My Project

Each of my students, grades pre-k through 6th, are working hard to develop a wide variety of communication skills. We work on learning to make different sounds, and how to apply that knowledge to reading. We also learn how to use words to communicate, speak in complete sentences, and understand how words and ideas are related to one another.

This project will support my students' literacy and language development by providing them with a greater variety of books from which they can learn.

The books will expose them to new vocabulary terms, and a more diverse set of narratives and ideas. This is especially important following the pandemic.
