Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

This is my third year working as a school-based speech pathologist! During speech we work on a wide range of skills such as articulation, pragmatics, vocabulary, fluency, receptive language, and expressive language. The students on my caseload have deficits ranging from mild to severe. Something they all have in common is their curiosity and desire to further their skills through fun and engaging activities, especially when it involves technology. So many children will benefit from this device. This iPad will make speech sessions fun but will also allow for students to grow and expand there skills while doing so.
