My Students

I am a speech-language pathologist who provides speech therapy services to small rural school districts. I work with preschool through high school age students with special needs.

My students have speech and language delays with varying disabilities such as articulation disorders, language disorders, hearing impairments, cognitive impairments, learning disabilities, and autism.

My caseload consists of students with a variety of learning needs. I provide speech therapy services to students in a variety of locations such as elementary school, middle school, high school, preschool, daycare, colonies and home visits.

My Project

The items selected will be used in the speech room to organize our materials. The hanging file folders will be used in my new file cabinet to organize paperwork and activities. The storage containers will be used in the new cabinet to store and organize our speech materials. The microphones will be used to help facilitate and improve my student's verbal skills.

These items will help improve speech and language skills and also to help organize our classroom.

My budget has been drastically cut in recent years. Without the help of generous donors, we can not afford even the most basic supplies. Please help me to get my students the supplies we need for a successful speech therapy program.
