Please help me give my students supplies they need to be successful in speech. Most of my students are non speaking but are given a voice through adapted books, voice out-put devices and apraxia cue cards.
My students work best in speech when it it modified to their unique learning needs.
My students need adapted books with visual cues to help express themselves during speech. These books can be tailored to their interest and can give them even more interaction during speech time. My students also use voice out put devices where a voice can be recorded and the student can hit them button to express that is a need or a want for them. When students with Apraxia sees a visual placements of what their mouth needs to look like that helps them with making progress in speech sounds.
