Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I will be starting my own classroom. I am a first-year teacher in a special education classroom. My students need sensory toys, furniture, and ability specific academics. We need noise cancelling headphones, bean bags, fidgets, a sensory tent, and reusable recording buttons.
My goals for this project is to make my classroom relaxing, comfortable, and a positive learning environment for my students.
My students deserve the best and I am hopeful to set up their school year for success.
I am thankful to all and any donors who choose to support this project. I am excited to start this journey with new students in a new classroom.
