Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are requesting additional team equipment that our girls can use throughout the year. All of this equipment will be available for every player on our high school softball team to use. The cost of softball can be expensive, especially for players new to the game. Being able to provide team equipment helps ease that for our players. We are requesting some big items such as an Easton Ghost bat that any of our players can use and will be identified by the same bat grip that we use for all of our team bats. We also are requesting three team gloves for the players if something happens to their personal gloves such as rips, tears, or even loss. We also are requesting some play wristbands so our JV and Varsity teams are able to have signs during the games to enhance the quality of our games. Lastly, we are requesting smush balls and tennis balls. With these smaller and softer balls we are able to use in a variety of places. They can help hand-eye coordination and limited space drills. We look forward to a great season and hope you consider supporting our girls as we conquer this year!
