Special Tech for Special Needs!

Help me give my students instant access to technology with the Elgato Stream Deck! This unique device will allow any adult in my classroom to effortlessly (and quickly) navigate all the websites used daily!

My Project

This project is uniquely special for a special education classroom. First, the Elgato Stream Deck will allow any adult instant access to websites used daily in my classroom. I love this concept as it will greatly reduce downtime between activities. Any large break in routine can disrupt special needs students, so my goal is to eliminate one of the contributing factors to behavior occurrences.

Having access to unique technology means reaching all of the unique needs in my classroom.

That being said, I'm also asking for a color printer for my classroom. Having the opportunity to create visuals for schedules and print full-color worksheets for students with visual impairments, is invaluable!

Finally, for our daily moments using technology as a supplemental resource to direct teaching, having a class set of headphones with comfortable earpieces would be wonderful! They will help meet the sensory needs of all my students!
