My Project
The goal of this project is to make all students feel welcomed, included, and know that they matter. As a Title 1 low-income school working with students with disabilities as well as the general population, it is crucial for us to have a comforting, inviting place where students will spend most of their day. The rug will not only allow for students to have a safe place, promote flexible seating, but it will also allow us to come together each day as a family to learn with one another. The other materials, such as snacks and dry-erase markers, are necessities as well, as they will help our classroom each day!
