This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I would love to have a Cricut maker, along with assorted accessories and materials requested in this project, to personalize my special education classroom.
When teaching students with special needs, it is important to find multiple ways to engage students.
They are taught that their intelligences are beyond just reading and writing. My students work hard to create meaningful real life projects and I know that it would be awesome to be able to display their work on a creative, interactive bulletin board.
We would use the Cricut maker to create custom projects and bulletin boards and word walls that capture students' attention. The Cricut maker and materials would be used to create beautiful themed and seasonal items to add to our classroom decor. It will make our classroom welcoming and one that encourages participations and growth. We would personalize items to organize our supplies and materials.
