Special Needs Sensory Assistance

Help me give my students items to help best support them in the classroom. My students have special needs and have sensory processing needs daily.

My Project

My students all have special needs, but they do not let that define who they are. They are placed in the inclusion classrooms and are only pulled out to work on some interventions that they may need. They work well in this setting, but at times these environments can trigger them in a variety of ways.

Please help my special needs students regulate themselves with sensory support items!

The weighted vest and inflatable boat seat can help these students calm down and relax from the sometimes stressful and overstimulating classroom environment. They deserve to be in a classroom with their typical peers, but they need that sensory relief as well. My school does not have a place where they are able to go all of the time that these needs may occur, so providing them with some options will help them immensely!
