This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My classroom is an inclusion class with special education and general education students learning together! My students learn so much when they work on art projects. They work on fine motor skills, creativity, color mixing, shapes, persistence, and science, and they get to bring something home! We also do specific art projects based on different letters and literacy! The supplies you would be helping us fund will allow us to make different art projects in class, as well as work with playdough to strengthen fine motor skills. I would also love to be able to print pictures of my students, and colored posters for the classroom. Having pictures of the students to label items and send home to families, would be an amazing opportunity for my students and their families.

Our school does not have money in the budget to get us any new supplies this year.

So we need donations from generous donors like you, to help my students have the best first year of school experience I can give them!
