Special Education Motor Sensory Space

Help me give my students a motor sensory space within our special education classroom.

My Project

I teach K-3rd grade severe special education students who have a variety of motor, sensory, and social needs. Having this space will help them to explore, work on new skills, and learn some important social skills they will need in and outside of the classroom. This area will be open to our students during breaks daily. I hope this area will not only help our students learn to take turns and parallel play, but allow their brains to focus during instruction. Our students need special spaces to function in the learning environment. We appreciate any and all help given to reach this goal. Thank you!
