My Project

This list is a vast curriculum that I'm going to use to help my students learn about the world, civilizations, culture, geography, history, etc. These are tough subjects that my students never really get to deep dive into because the classes are difficult and fast paced. My students have a hard time keeping up on the best of days. That said they love these subjects, maybe not all and not at the same time, but several of them have actively asked me about the presidents, the constitution, different countries and traveling, ancient civilizations where/ when things were invented. I haven't taught this subject area before so I'm starting off at zero to create this curriculum for them and the help would be so appreciated. They are inquisitive and I want to help them keep learning things they want to learn. That love of learning and being a lifetime learner is why I became a teacher. This is a life skills class and learning about maps and navigation, social cultural norms, and our government are all important for their future lives.
