Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach special education 3-5 for students with a variety of disabilities, majority of my students are on the autism spectrum. I teach at a Title I school, and my students and I will appreciate any support you can give us.

Everything on this list helps us complete work and also helps my students regulate their emotions and learn how to manage them properly.

We also have things like pocket charts, pencil sharpeners, colored pencils, headphones, dry erase markers. Some of the supplies on here are for me as well, such as the pocket charts to help me with my small group rotations and what group each student is in. These supplies will help us in our day-to-day, and will also help me as their teacher. From headphones to classroom supplies, these are items we will use every day in our classroom to make their days at school a safe and fun learning environment.
