My Project
My students do not like to speak in front of others with learning a new language. They are embarrassed they might say something wrong. Allowing them to use the different multicultural puppets encourages them to speak into the headphones.
Having the cultural puppets lets them feel empowered with puppets that look like them and makes them feel welcome.
My students need to speak more to work through their English language, however, also allows them to enjoy it and makes it fun. Using the puppets and the reading sentences will encourage them to want to learn and to improve in all classes.
