Sparse Classroom Library Needs Help!

My Students

Do you remember when you fell in love with reading? The thrill of discovering a new series of books is something that cannot be matched! My students share that love for reading. They have become avid readers who just can't seem to get enough! They are craving the latest novels from their favorite authors.

Students at my school are inquisitive, bright, and enjoy learning!

Several of my students are English language learners and our school lacks the materials to support them a the appropriate instructional level. My classroom is library is an important resource for students to have access to the best, high-quality literature. Reading is an important part of our school culture.

My Project

My students are welcome to check books out to take home to read. When students have a book to read (of their choosing), they are more engaged, and reading improves! Reading levels have slipped since the start of the pandemic.Many of my students don't have a lot of books to read at home. Having a wider variety of books to choose from at school will help to support every reader both in class and especially at home. Every one of my students deserve a larger, more robust classroom library. Please help!
