My Project

I would like to build a positive classroom culture where every student feels valued and knows they belong exactly where they are. I would like students to share what “Zone” they are in when arriving every morning. No explanation would be required. I could understand behaviors more clearly after students share how they are feeling. I want to focus on positive reinforcement through affirmations. Students could also share the affirmations with their peers. I would like to focus on a different act of kindness every day. Students would have a goal to work towards while performing acts of kindness. I would also like to give students tools they need to deal with strong emotions. Lastly, we need to replace some basics as they are just worn out!
