This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Capturing students' attention before the day even begins, students excited to come to class, eager to continue their project from the day before. These are the dreams of a teacher, and ones that I want to attain in this next school year. My goal: incorporating coding into reading and having STEM opportunities before the start of our school day. I teach Gifted and Talented as well as the Special Education inclusion class. I want the variety of academically created product possibilities to mirror the diverse group of learners represented in my class.
