Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
As a passionate educator, creating an engaging and positive learning environment for my students is important!
One of the most rewarding aspects of teaching is seeing my students excited and motivated to learn.
However, I believe that to achieve this, I must provide them with incentives that ignite their curiosity, tools to foster positivity and ensure that I am in the best state of mind to plan exciting lessons.
I am seeking your support to acquire the following resources:
I aim to introduce a system of rewards that will encourage active participation and academic achievement among my students. These incentives include snacks, bookmarks, educational games, small prizes, or classroom privileges. By offering these incentives, I hope to inspire a sense of achievement and excitement for learning in my students.
Positivity is key to fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. I envision creating a collection of affirmation cards with empowering messages that students can draw from whenever they need a boost of confidence or reassurance. These cards will remind them of their strengths and potential, promoting a culture of kindness and self-belief within the classroom.
