This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

One of my favorite times of the day is small groups and centers. This is the opportunity for my dual language students to practice new phonics skills and to further engage in skills they already know. In small groups, I get to see what students know and what they need more practice on. This way the centers are tailor-made for them!

I want my dual language students to have access to a variety of engaging and meaningful Spanish centers whether it be using their iPads or participating in a hands-on activity.

The Teachers Pay Teachers gift card will be used to purchase a variety of centers that cover all Spanish phonics skills and the hands-on games will be perfect for students to practice their Spanish skills.
