Spanish Language Carpet for Dual Language Kindergarten!
Help me give my students a Spanish circle time carpet and a small rug for the library center. This year I will be teaching Dual Language in kindergarten.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This year I will be teaching Dual Language in kindergarten. My students will benefit from having a carpet with the Spanish alphabet. It will help them recognize the letters in Spanish. We will also need a small carpet for our library center where my kids feel comfortable to sit and share their ideas about the books.
The carpet will be used for students to listen to stories, discuss topics with their classmates, and have fun while doing music and movement lessons.
This rug is big enough for all of us to be able to use on a daily basis. I am also asking for a small rug for the library center. The rug will be a wonderful addition to our classroom by keeping students safe and comfortable while reading their favorite books.
