This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I would like to teach my students how to appreciate our earth by actively participating in hands-on activities like growing plants and the basics of gardening.

Please join us to educate our youth and an appreciation of the importance of protecting our Earth.

In early spring students planted some flower seeds by our window and how excited they were of the starting results. In class, we have been discussing what a plant needs to grow and why we recycle to help protect our Earth. I am requesting supplies to have more planting experiences such as pots and seeds to help them appreciate our Earth on a daily basis.
