My Project
We are learning all about sounds and phonemic awareness. These are important skills that come just before learning to read. The safety mirrors let us see the shape our mouths make when we say each phoneme and the sound wall cards provide us examples to follow when we say each sound.
Using mirrors to see our mouths make the letter sounds helps us take responsibility for our own learning!
It's more fun and engaging to have hands on materials to keep us busy and actively participating as we learn all about phonemic awareness!
