Help me give my students concrete resources to use while decoding unfamiliar words.
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Andrews's classroom raised $190

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I provide intensive reading instruction to an amazing group of students with dyslexia, ranging from second to fifth grade. Majority are below grade level standards in reading either by one or two grades. My students become excited when stories are read aloud to them on different genres as they become engaged and participate with the content. On the opposite side, many struggle with decoding words accurately and fluently while reading independently.
These resources would not only increase my students reading accuracy but boost their confidence and endurance in wanting to read aloud.
