This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
During the pandemic many of our activities moved outside. However, the physics of sound has been fighting against us. There is not always an accessible power source to provide microphones and sound for large activities in the vast space of an open field. These speakers will allow us to communicate safely and effectively with students during large outdoor activities without the limitations of a power source. As we work towards more hands on activities and project based learning our classrooms have shifted to outdoor environments. Having a reliable power and sound source is vital to our success.
