This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students in the early stage of learning to reading. Phonemic Awareness and Phonics are the foundation to becoming a readers.
Games and word building tools such as magnetic writing pages, CVC word strips, and CVC Builders Activity Cards are a fun way to practice the skills they learned that day.
Being able to identify the letter and sounds then blending them together to make a word using word building is a fun and easy way to practice their skills.
Having the correct letter formation is also important. So being able to model the correct way to write upper and lower letters is also essential.
