Sound and Fidgit Toys for Preschool Learners with Autism

Help me give my students sound and fidgit toys that help fill sensory needs for preschool learners with Autism.

My Project

I have a classroom of special needs students in preschool that have the most delightful smiles you could ever imagine. Some of these students have very specific sensory needs that we strive to meet daily. One of my students adores these stretchy straws he brings from home that he can scrunch up and stretch out. He is fascinated by the sounds they make when you stretch them out.

The stretchy-straw robots in my list will grab the attention and focus of some of my students and encourage them to play with familiar objects in different ways (the suction cups at the end of each straw are so much fun)!

Also, the music/sound toys will attract students who have auditory needs. We have some toys with audio, but many of them were donated and they no longer work. I would like to thrill my kiddos by handing them something brand new with lights and sounds. They will feel like it is Christmas!
