SoS: Spring Supplies

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My STEAM Gifted Magnet students are diligent, highly motivated, college-bound, and hardworking. They take various AP and college level courses to prepare them for graduation and in their future careers. They learn through various modalities depending on their skill levels and interests.

My students need classroom supplies in order to maximize their participation, model their work, and showcase their multiple representation of mathematical concepts.

A new projector will help us maximize the use of our SmartBoard in class discussions, analyzing test results, and differentiating tasks.

We are also requesting for more paper to be used for photocopying as I prepare my AP Statistics students for their upcoming tests. Extra paper will also be used for printing and photocopying other instruction materials in Algebra and Geometry.
